October 14, 2009 -- The hip hop world is always searching for it's next big superstar, and one of the chief cultivators of such talent is the legendary Neil Levine.

Levine is the General Manager and Sr. Vice President of Battery Records, RCA/JIVE Label Group’s division aimed at promoting and developing up-and-coming talent. So when Neil told Looking For Larry Productions' EP Mitchell K. Stuart that "Louisiana CA$H is one of the hottest artists coming out of the South," and that everyone should "expect cell phones and cars to be blasting his newest single Walk Wit a Dip, because it's already the  hottest song in Dallas," Stuart crashed into a meeting at his Park Avenue offices and told his staff with a smile, "we're airing a video tonight!"

Louisiana Ca$h certainly does have the buzz going. His song “Walk Wit a Dip," with only word of mouth generating the momentum, has registered nearly 700,000 plays on his MySpace page, www.myspace.com/cashthenext

Louisiana Ca$h was born Steven Morgan in the multi-cultural state of Louisiana, and was rapping by the time he was 9 years old. He attended Grambling High School, and went to Grambling State Universtiy. He signed to a local record label and began opening for hip hop artists like Lil’ Wayne, TI, Twista, and Keyshia Cole.

Now Louisiana Ca$h is poised to become the breakout artist of late 2009. His current tour has seen him perform in front of packed crowds, as the groundswell support for this exploding artist just continues to grow. "This is one of those ground floor opportunities," Mitchell Stuart exclaimed, "you can always tell everyone else, I knew Louisiana Ca$h back when...''
