New Tool Tracks Distressed Condo Properties

Condo Shark monitors all condos entered on the Mutual Listing Service (MLS) database in the Miami area and then tags those listings that reflect the best deals. The top opportunities, no matter the neighborhood, are then immediately displayed online.
